Accommodation For Rent at Kinnordy Estate
The Kinnordy Estate provides housing to employees and local residents in a range of cottages and farm houses in the rural area around Kirriemuir. Our housing stock ranges from small two bed cottages to large four bedroom farmhouses so there is something to suit everybody. An extensive refurbishment programme has, since 2012, led to a significant upgrade of a lot of our properties.
We strongly believe in keeping the houses in a good condition, maintained by our team of three skilled handymen and a number of local tradesmen. Wherever possible we try to support the local trades, and through them the economy of Kirriemuir and the surrounding area.
We try to maintain an informal list of interested potential tenants and inform those on the list when a vacancy arises.
